2011 was without doubt an excellent year for the Samworth Enterprise Academy with many high points for pupils, parents and staff. 

Christmas 2011 is now well underway at the Samworth Enterprise Academy. This year’s Christmas Fayre was a spectacular event filled with stalls, sweets and of course Santa.

This year, Enterprise Day was all about Heroes, from super heroes and serving members of the Forces to veterans. Not forgetting police officers, fire officers and doctors. We were lucky enough to welcome many visitors into school who shared with our pupils their experiences and knowledge.

Each year the Samworth Enterprise Academy holds a ceremony to celebrate the success of the pupils over the previous academic year.  We have many outstanding pupils at the academy and understand how important it is to recognise their success.  This year awards were given out in all areas of academy life throughout phase 1, 2 and 3.

Leicester youngsters between the ages of 8 and 14 years, who have been taking part in The Children's University through the Samworth Enterprise Academy, Soar Valley College and Foxes Learning Centre graduated in a ceremony at the University of Leicester on 21st September 2011.
